Metallic self-lubricated bushing has the
advantages of high load, good wearing feature and good thermal expansion characteristics but there is some shortage on
erosion resistance and shock absorbing. At the same time, the
traditional non-metallic bushing has the advantages of erosion
resistance and light weight but there are some shortages on the
anti-shock and low load. CSB never stopped the researching on the
new applications of different bushings and in order to combine the
advantages of metallic bushings and traditional non-metallic
bushings, the new material filament wound composite bearing CSB-CR
type has been successfully developed. This is a supply of gap for
the high load non-metallic bearing products.
Material Structure:
The back material of CSB-CR series material is
high strength glass fiber with epoxy ersin and the lubricating layer
of it is PTFE wound fiber or special lubricating fiber. Therefore,
this special structure performs an outstanding anti-wear feature and
low friction coefficient under high load and low speed condition.
Furthermore, this absolutely new idea gives better solution for high
load and excellent wear resistance possibility.
