On October 18th, a grand celebration themed "30 Years of Craftsmanship, Innovating for the Future" was held. Company leadership, distinguished guests, and all employees gathered together to reflect on the memorable journey and look ahead to a promising future.

The celebration commenced with a profound and touching 30th-anniversary commemorative video. As scenes shifted, the video vividly recounted the company's challenging journey from its pioneering beginnings to its growth and expansion. Familiar scenes and images of dedicated colleagues evoked deep resonance among the audience.

Mr. Sun Zhihua, Founder and Chairman of the board, took the stage to deliver a speech. He fondly reviewed the developmental path of ChangSheng Bearing over the past thirty years, expressing his most sincere gratitude to all employees who have shared the journey and dedicated themselves silently to the company. He also paid tribute to the leaders, partners, and friends from all sectors who have consistently cared for and supported ChangSheng's development. Chairman Sun emphasized that the achievements of the past three decades stem from the persistent commitment to craftsmanship, continuous innovation, and seizing market opportunities. Mr. Luo Zhangguo, General Manager of Zhejiang Jisheng New Material Co., Ltd., expressed warm congratulations and best wishes on the parent company's 30th anniversary as a representative of the subsidiaries.

A special emotional touch was brought by employee representative—Zhang Bing from the Equipment Department. He movingly shared his personal story of growing alongside the company over thirty years, from a green "young lad" to a backbone of his position today.
