In the injection molding production process, magnetic foils and manipulators are adopted to prevent parts from falling into equipment and becoming defective waste.
More than 95% of production equipment is equipped with mold monitors to reduce waste caused by mold collision damage.
We provide replacement services for vulnerable components in assemblies such as SRB slewing bearing friction pads, LIN linear bearing sliding films, and DURAMOV cable drag chains. This avoids scrapping the entire assembly merely due to the end of service life of a single part.
We implement strict control over sprues and defective products generated during production, and conduct classified recycling and reuse of waste products replaced by customers.
Through rigorous sorting and professional material recycling technologies, these recycled materials are remanufactured into products with only specific performance requirements such as structural strength or corrosion resistance, for scenarios with low or even no wear resistance demands.
