New rigid one-piece mounting brackets for C02 cable chains

The medium-sized cable chains C02.18 and C02.25 now feature upgraded mounting brackets and cable tiewwrap plates, providing greater robustness and stability compared to the previous design with separate Mounting brackets and cable tie elements. The mounting brackets are available in both standard fixed-type and swing-type options for long travel applications, with configurations offering either with or without cable tiewwrap plates.

The C02 series cable chains adopt a classic structural design, allowing opening from the inner side, outer side, or both sides as an optional feature. With an inner height ranging from 18 mm to 45 mm, they meet the cable management requirements of most automation equipment. C02 cable chains are typically used in industrial heavy-duty robotic arms for XYZ-axis movements. For instance, the C02.25 cable chains installed on precision shaft production line manipulators has achieved a cumulative trouble-free operation time of over 20,000 hours.

Additionally, the C02 series cable chains is also available in an antistatic version for use in semiconductor production lines.
