Research and Testing

Our professional R&D team covers the whole process including material research, product design, process innovation, testing technology and application development.

We now have an exclusive R&D and testing area of over 5,000 square meters, with more than 30 million yuan invested in R&D and testing equipment.

The laboratory conducts research and testing in multiple fields, including material chemistry, friction and wear performance, physical and mechanical properties, high and low temperature aging performance, and durability service life.

Material R&D

We conduct in-depth research on the physical and friction-wear properties of both basic materials and composite materials. By scientifically utilizing the inherent characteristics of each material and the synergistic effect between different materials, we have developed more than 100 types of DURAPLAS® composite materials for manufacturing low-friction and wear-resistant parts....

Product Design

Combining material characteristics, industrial application scenarios and comprehensive cost factors, we have developed six major product series with differentiated structural designs: all-composite high wear-resistant plastic bearings; self-lubricating spherical plain bearings with plastic or metal balls; maintenance-free linear bearings, which adopt low-friction and wear-resistant composite sliding liners fitted inside lightweight anodized aluminum alloy housings; heavy-duty wound bearings designed with high-strength wear-resistant fibers; cable drag chains made of wear-resistant and high-strength materials...

Process Innovation

We have long focused on developing manufacturing processes that balance high performance, low production cost and stable high quality. At present, we own and continuously innovate diversified processes for composite wear-resistant products, including: precision injection molding process, compression molding and sintering process, winding process, extrusion and lamination composite process, continuous laying and sintering process for composite materials and metal substrates, multi-dimensional weaving process, etc.

Material Testing

The fundamental chemical properties of materials and the internal distribution morphology of composite materials are the key to the R&D and quality control of high-performance materials.

The mechanical properties of composite materials are the fundamental characteristics that guarantee product assembly and service application.

High and Low Temperature Aging Test

Our products serve a wide range of global industrial applications, which requires them to adapt to high and low temperature differences existing in different regions and application scenarios.

UV Aging Test

Most of our products are applied to indoor factory equipment, while a considerable portion are widely used in outdoor industrial scenarios. Therefore, our products must withstand ultraviolet radiation and hygrothermal aging in outdoor environments. Typical outdoor applications include: bearings for solar power station tracking brackets, bearings for rotating supports of heliostat mirrors in concentrated solar power stations, overhead cable cars, and port cable drag chains.

Bearing Friction and Wear Test

We conduct corresponding friction and wear tests according to the product application forms.

Bearing Endurance & Service Life Test

Our laboratory can simulate customer application scenarios under specified conditions to conduct friction, wear and endurance life tests for bearings.

Indoor Test for Cable Chains

The practical application tests of cables and drag chains include indoor horizontal installation test, overhead mounting, side mounting test, and industrial liquid immersion test. In addition to a full range of ongoing tests conducted in the CSB laboratory, we also carry out application verification on actual operating equipment.

Outdoor Test for Cable Chains

Most cable chains and highly flexible cables are installed on indoor equipment, while some are deployed in outdoor natural environments. This requires drag chains and cables to withstand outdoor high and low temperatures, rainwater erosion and ultraviolet radiation exposure.
