CSB-BAL® Plastic Spherical Bearing

CSB-BAL bearings can withstand large loads. According to its different types and structures, it can bear radial load, axial load or combined load of radial and axial. Spherical bearings are generally used for low-speed swing movements(angular movements). Since the sliding surface is a spherical surface, it can also be tilted within a certain angle range (that is self-aligning movement. And it can still work normally when the support shaft and the shaft shell hole have different centers. Self-lubricating spherical bearings are mostly used in water conservancy engineering and professional machinery industries, etc.

CSB-LIN® Plastic Linear Bearing

Linear sliding bearings include linear guidance systems, roller guidance systems, optical axis and linear ball bearing guidance systems, flat cage guidance systems, linear recirculating ball or roller guidance systems and drive units(actuators and worktables). The slide rail is composed of a support rail, an optical axis and multiple sliders. The optical axis is mounted on the support rail to ensure maximum strength and rigidity throughout the operation.

CSB-EPB® plastic plain bearings

Plastic bearings can generally be divided into plastic rolling bearings and plastic sliding bearings for current applications. The working principle of plastic rolling bearings and plastic sliding bearings can be told from their name: the friction that occurs for plastic rolling bearings is rolling friction, and it is sliding friction when plastic sliding bearings work; The magnitude of rolling friction mainly depends on the manufacturing accuracy, while the magnitude of friction of plastic sliding bearings mainly depends on the material of the sliding surface.

CSB-PRB® Plastic ball bearings

Plastic ball bearing is a kind of precise mechanical component that changes the sliding friction between the shaft and the housing bore into rolling friction. It reduces the energy loss because of friction. Rolling bearings are generally composed of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements and cage. The inner ring is to cooperate with the shaft and rotate together with the shaft; the outer ring is to cooperate with the hosing hole as a support; the rolling element is evenly distributed by the cage between the inner ring and the outer ring, its shape, size and quantity directly affect the performance and life of the rolling bearing; the cage is to evenly distribute the rolling elements, prevent the rolling elements from falling off and guide the rolling elements to rotate to achieve rolling lubrication between shaft and housing.
